It's such a useful app to have with my pet insurance and I've used it often. Inevitably it often needs following up with a vet visit locally but it is really helpful to be able to get help and advice when it's otherwise difficult.

Absolutely fantastic advice, vet called me back out of hours, luckily our boy only needed monitoring throughout the night, he's back to his usual self this morning. Thankfully we didn't need to travel to get care and advice.

I have used the live chat on a number of occasions and found it very helpful indeed. The video call is also wonderful thing to have as an option. If you're worried this hands on service reduces the time it takes to take the appropriate steps to keep pets healthy and cared for.

We are Blessed to have such Caring Vets on your service, Clare Abreau (and I Carnt remember the others, so sorry) but all have been first class, so caring and the continuity of care has been Amazing. I highly recommend using Joii as it's also a 24/7 so can put your mind at rest night or day.

I had recent contact with both Dr Lucy Robinson Dr Joey Corrick, both were lovely, patient and very helpful. The Joii app is such a good thing, being able to check out if a trip to the vets is needed or not and just get the advice when you need it really is great.

So helpful, our dog is very nervous so vet visits are often stressful. She was ill on and off for a few weeks with a combination of symptoms and Alison at Joii really helped get a proper care plan in place.

The vets gave me brilliant advice out of hours. They were so professional and reassuring. From their advice i took a urine sample in from Poppy our bichon. We discovered then that she had cancer and our vets had been wrongly looking at Cushing's instead. We lost Poppy sadly but grateful for Joii vets advice.

All I really needed was some reassurance (palliative care for 10yr old GSD with osteosarcoma) but I got much more, and it really helped.

A quick and useful service that asks relevant questions and provides expert advice that has helped my dog on many occasions. Cannot rate them highly enough.

We have used the service 3 times since we got our kitten 4 months ago (seems excessive but we may be hypochondriacs lol) the vet Rita Assuncao is amazing. She answers the call within 30 minutes every time.

My cat had stopped eating but rather than jostle him about with a trip to the vet's (he doesn't travel well) I contacted Joii via the app and both ladies I spoke with couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Recommend to anyone who needs vet care the vets are always on call and make sure to follow up after you have spoken to them about pet care. They save you hundreds of pounds in emergency vet fees.

I can't really find the right words to describe how wonderful it is to be able to speak to a vet and get support so easily and so quickly for a member of the family ( our elderly dog Eddie). The support we received was incredible.

Michelle (Markram) was so lovely and kind and put my mind at rest regarding my puppy Nellie. Nellie had been treated for flea and worming with her breeder but was still itching a lot. Michelle assured me what to do and she's been great since.
